Hi Guys,
Thought I'd give my record label a post in here. We're in the very early stages (only two weeks in) and only have one free to download EP up on soundcloud at the moment, but we have a lot planned. If you guys could give it a listen and, if you like it, give us a follow it would be much appreciated. Be sure to let me know what you think of it as well

On a side note, if anyone has any advice about promoting the label, improving our music or anything else please give us a message.

Had a listen to this - sorry not my thing at all - becomes a bit boring after about a minute or so - does not really change - just copy and paste stuff.

On the contrary, I have a large selection of electronic music - Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Tangerine Dream etc. Composers who planned out the sequence of their albums so as to take the listener on a journey. I also compose electronic music myself. I have a fair amount of synthesizers as well, both hardware and software varieties. There is a huge difference between composing and what passes for composing now which is simply copying and pasting samples endlessly. Music has to breathe, whether electronic or not. If you compose music that is really moving, that has a sense of theme and direction, that will be acknowledged - unfortunately most of what passes for electronic music now is just a mismatched jigsaw puzzle of sounds, with repetitive phrases (normally a couple of meaningless words) thrown in for effect. It has a very short shelf life. Because it's boring. It does not hold the interest and it does not inspire or display any real imagination.
A sample of what I consider to be good electronic music -

these people ...for decades ....LOLOLOLOL.....kraftwerk had some albums...seems kinda what your tlaking about......but as i scroll through the thousands of vinyl I have that I have been playing since 99 ....only seem to have 2 tracks sometimmes up to 4----usually just remixes of the one track.....guess I shoud have looked harder for the full length albums...just shows me you..A. you dont know jack about house/techno or any electroinc music B. never seen a DJ play a full album......C. not really in tune with whats really going on in the real Electroinc scene.
electroinc music is ....NOT ambient or experimental like some refrences....its called dance music for a reason right.....
