Glyn Johns' new memoir
#1
Arguably the most important engineer of the British Invasion era (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Jimi Hendrix live, John Hiatt, Howlin' Wolf, etc. etc.), he was also a producer. Mr. Johns has a book about those lives and times and his place in it--they emphasize it's not a "kiss and tell" book Here's a NYTimes article interview with him.: http://www.nytimes.com/2014/12/21/arts/m...reats.html The book is widely available including eReader editions for about $20.
A man accustomed to hear only the echo of his own sentiments, soon bars all the common avenues of delight, and has no part in the general gratification of mankind--Dr. Johnson
What he said. Amen, Bro--JazzboCR
