I know one thing!.... Morello's work on Springsteen's High Hopes album was fabulous! I don't believe in comparing musicians..music is a personal subjective thing! Let's just say that Jimi knew and Tom knows their way around the guitar!
 The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!

Funny because many Springsteen fans think he ruined the album & that they hope he stays home next tour.

I'm a huge Springsteen fan and High Hopes is the only album of his I don't own...
I didn't get it because the songs were weak....

Play this loud and it will strip the paint from your walls - Izabella from the Gypsy Sun and Rainbows performance at Woodstock. Jimi gets faster and more fluid at the three-and-a-half-minute mark, and keeps going. I wish I had been there, but I was only ten (and in England).
