Transformers: Age of Extinction which is schedule to release in July has taken the internet by storm, for the cars, the bots and pure unadulterated action as portrayed in the trailer. The movie is directed by Michael Bay and stars Mark Wahlberg & Nicola Peltz in lead roles.
Read onto to know some fun facts about the upcoming Transformers:
Dwayne Johnson was offered the role of Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg), but he declined due to scheduling conflicts with his movie Hercules (2014).
Bumblebee's alternate mode in this film is a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS automobile for some of the film then later a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro concept. Bumblebee also features a new burly design, sporting horns instead of antenna.
According to Michael Bay this will be the shortest installment in the series.
The Dinobots are based on the Predacons in Transformers Prime (2010) (ancient Transformers who took beast modes on Earth)
