Welcome aboard MD, arch! Try Chelsea Wolfe, Promise and the Monster...different but not that dark! The darkest album I have ever heard is probably this one from two females....Aghast - âHexerei Im Zwielicht Der Finsternis"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for replying, I'll try those artists and Aghast - âHexerei Im Zwielicht Der Finsternis is a german album I guess? I won't understand the lyrics man. I understand only English songs.

Yes but it is so dark it will scare the crap out of you...just think of the lyrics as sound!!!...lol! I am not German but I still can dig foreign music!

I'm listening to it, sort of horror movie background score. And yeah, I haven't seen any horror movie that scares the hell out of me. While watching horror stuff when something suddenly happens Iâm like whoa! Nice man!! â¦
I have a logical and scientific bent of mind actually, so donât get scared by ghosts and spirits. Hehe.! Anyway,, do you know more stuff? This Aghast is very slow, and chant stuff, calling spirits, whoawaroooaraaoo sounds,. no lyrics

I find Lana Del Rey to be dark! Then there's always St. Vincent, Julie Holter, TuneYards, Marianne Faithful, and Jenny Hval? It is difficult to find this genre...I wish I knew of more as I like this stuff also!
