I was watching the Showtime premier of "Masters of Sex", (which wasn't half bad, all things considered) and a pretty strong ending was combined with this song:

And golly was it not just the perfect storm. Was very surprised to discover it was Olafur Arnalds, an Icelanding composer I am quite familiar with and fond of.

Very evocative. Atmosphere, melancholy, hopelessness. Which means the composer hit the mark he intended to hit. Like it, a lot.
