Hello. I appreciate all music. I look forward to sharing and gaining knowledge about music. my favorite genre's are: indie rock, post-rock, progressive rock, folk-rock, lo-fi, black metal, atmospheric black metal, progressive death metal, folk punk, hip-hop, post-metal, ambient, neo-classical, classical, dark ambient, vocal jazz, jazz fusion, dixieland jazz, electronica. god I need a life. Anyway I am very happy to be a part of this musical community! (I play mandolin, guitar, tenor banjo and piano if that helps)

Well for dark ambient I really like Ulver's Shadows of the Sun, as for neo classical, I am a huge fan of Ãlafur Arnalds, just beautiful music. Post-metal is the thinking mans metal, it is heavy metal post-rock. Experimentation is common, it is atmospheric and mostly drone-y. Check out Maudlin of the Well, Isis, Tool, and Neurosis, it really is a special kind of music
