Happy belated Jimi...yeah i love Little Wing. Just listened to it again since you guys brought it up. Always felt so...peaceful listening to that song and just assumed it was a girl that Jimi knew. Googled it and wikipedia mentioned something about Little Wing being Jimi's guardian angel. Jimi himself said it was his experience of a moment in time all put into the form of a girl into song. Mind. Blown. Away.

I miss Jimi Hendrix so much. He was somenoe who had a great voice and is someone who could play his guitar so well. He was someone who had a unique talent. Jimi Hendrix died too young. I wish he was here today.

Ive got a feeling that if jimmi had lived he would have made a lot more wonderfull music, I am a huge fan of Hendrix and my favourite album is Electric lady land which melds heavy rock ,blues jazz and even rap in a unique way and this was in 1968 man .
