Need to consult with an audio engineer.

Dude, that's music piracy 101. But, fortunately for you, I'm your man here.

One-file-FLACs usually come with a cue sheet which determines how the tracks are laid out. These are text files with a .cue file extension. The easiest way to convert these files (or FLAC files in general) is with foobar, a music player that not only plays FLACs, but also comes with a handy converter already built in. Also, you better get the LAME encoder (more precisely the lame.exe). Since LAME encoder isn't as lame as it sounds you can forget that crap about constant bit rate MP3s and convert it in VBR. Just drag and drop your FLAC files or cue sheets into the foobar playlist, right click them, select convert, change settings to your liking and go. Foobar does the rest.

tl;dr version:

1. Get foobar
2. Get lame.exe
3. Convert the shit out of your FLACs

Hope that helps.

I'm from Sweden remember? TPB? Sc**w RIAA/MPAA. We're untouchables Wink Btw, the program "foobar" does not have many converting options. As an example I converted one .flac song to .mp3 in 320kbit, and output file was 18mb's. That's the problem I'm trying to solve. I need high quality .mp3 file with no more than 10mb's.

That's why I suggested getting the LAME encoder. VBR has a much better quality to space ratio than CBR. 320 CBR encodings might be good for archiving purposes but aren't really worth that much disc space since the difference in quality compared to VBR encodings is often pretty much nonexistent.
I rarely hit the 10mb mark with V 0 encoded MP3s although I do have to admit that this happens once in a while. You could just as well use V 1 oder V 2 and get a good enough quality at a reasonable size.
Why exactly is 10mb the maximum for you?

I already have LAME encoder on my computer. I tried to convert it as VBR, CBR, it gave me again 14 mb file. I've got some music on my computer I downloaded few years back, some of them have 320kbit with 48.000 sample rate (which I think makes it perfect quality), only 7,8mb's. And Usher's "Yeah" is only 2,8mb's and has a perfect quality. People using some kind of magic there and I wanna know what that is.

Well, if you found a music in a site with high quality and capacity of 13-17 megabytes, what would you think? Isn't that too much for a .mp3 file? Exactly. Maybe you want to download it to your player or cellphone and you don't have enough space on it. I'm trying to get a users point of view on my "imaginary" site you know.
