The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins

I just finished this series. It was recommended to me by my friends 15 year old daughter. I was wary of another Twilight series-yuck! But I really enjoyed this. The movie comes out in March. I can't wait to see how they screw it up!

I have a reference book that I bought some time ago which is great for finding new material (ambient music) and is very well written. It's called 'The Ambient Century - from Mahler to Trance - The evolution of sound in the electronic age' by Mark Prendergast & a foreword by Brian Eno. Probably the most informative music book I have ever bought and well worth the money if you like ambient or electronic music. And you'd be surprised at who gets mentioned in this. It's not all about synth geeks & button pushers.
