First of all, hi! I can't wait to actually talk to people about music beyond telling people what I listen to and getting blank stares.

Second of all... I'm not sure which areas of the forums I should frequent. Lately I've been listening to songs by Clark (wikipedia), which has been amazing. Problem is that I have no idea of how to classify his music. Specifically, I LOVE his songs "Ted" and "Future Daniel". I have no idea what to call this genre! I'd really appreciate help to this end.

Other than that, I love indie-techno like Crystal Castles, progressive rock (?) like Ratatat, and some classical.

Thanks in advance for answers to my question.

Hi Dubster,

Clark looks like he would fit on the Electronic Music board, as would Crystal Castles, or the latter could find a home in the Alternative section.

Progressive Rock is included in the Rock board, and Classical has its' own section.
