hello, everybody,
was looking for a good music forum to join and i think i may have found the perfect one. i love music and engaging in interesting and informative conversations about music. i prefer rock 'n' roll but can get down with just about anything. my top 3 bands of all time:
1:The Beatles
2: Queen
3: The Who
i play a bit of guitar (not all that good at it, though) and really enjoy singing (i do a pretty good freddie mercury, imo.) anyways, looking forward to the various discussions and the vast amount of knowledge the place surely has to offer.
thank you,
phillouza

One thing about Uncle Freddie - he was the consumate showman. A born performer. Remember Queen's appearance at Live Aid - or was it Band Aid?? Can't remember.

Hi Phil, & welcome to MD.
We're just a bunch of chancers who don't know what we're talking about, really. But enthusiasm for music is dear to all of us.
Hope you enjoy the site.

it was "live aid" Jerome and it was a fantastic performance by Freddie..."consumate performer" is an understatement mate...and the power in his voice was second to none.
