My thought is that music is nurture for our souls...so maybe we can satisfy our hungry parts of our souls by sharing..i like to listen soft Rock music (Coldplay,Linkinpark-Muse (just soft ones 
,Keane),some harsh rap songs like Eminem's,some beautiful pop songs for me (but they are not so permanent) and some traditional and classical songs of various nations (that's why i like Goran Bregovic).i believe that the most permanent songs for people are the traditional songs if they grew up with some of them.and because i am from Turkey i like some Turkish and Kurdish songs.you can ask about them :=) and i am very ambitious to find new impressive,beautiful songs from all music types even if i wont listen them very much :=)
