Definitely is, assuming we're talking about the same guy, Matthew Leonard Price from England. Confusion because there's a folk artist in Oregon, US similarly named. Moving right along...this guy had 2 albums ('02, '07). Not a bad picker (controls the electronics well too) and a pleasant singer. Have a taste: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVyeEAX9PJE
