Just popping this here, for easy listening - uneasy listening! Potato/potaato
. I had high hopes, hearing the first song, and the rest wasn't awful but there is a fair amount of dissonance and angst and I wasn't in the mood to dive deep in terms of listening. There are couple of tracks on the album that seemed particularly hard to hear but I'll have to revisit to decide and I'm not sure I'm in the mood right now. Kudos to him for following his muse, I guess! I went and looked up "Mandolin Rain", with Ricky Skaggs. Now there was a super poetic title and a very fab piece of music.
