THE TOP TEN:

10. Beautiful Things – Benson Boone (Down 1/72 weeks in chart)
9. Lose Control – Teddy Swims (Down 1/95 weeks in chart)
8. Die With A Smile – Lady Gaga/Bruno Mars (Down 1/43 weeks in chart)
7. A Bar Song (Tipsy) – Shaboozey (Down 1/61 weeks in chart)
6. I'm The Problem – Morgan Wallen (Down 1/19 weeks in chart)
5. Luther – Kendrick Lamar/SZA (Down 1/29 weeks in chart)
4. Just In Case – Morgan Wallen (Down 1/12 weeks in chart)
3. What I Want – Morgan Wallen/Tate McRae (Down 1/4 weeks in chart)
2. Ordinary – Alex Warren (Down 1/18 weeks in chart)
1. Manchild – Sabrina Carpenter (NEW)

NEW ENTRIES:

97. King Carter – Lil Wayne (8.2/10)

95. Type Dangerous – Mariah Carey (7.3/10)

Boom-bap, soul and R&B in a mix that sounds good for the dancefloor and reminds me of Beyoncé's older eras but better.

93. Cotton Candy – Lil Wayne/2 Chainz (7.7/10)

74. Sapphire – Ed Sheeran (3/10)

Tell me how Ed went from making many, many good singles that'll stick with me for years to making three songs that are forgettable. Sure, Azizam was my most streamed once, but it never really had a place in my heart… It's like a song that's good but not over the top but for some reason stuck with you. "Sapphire" goes for a mix of English and Punjabi, with Ed starting the song with a generic start and then loudly screaming "Sapphire" and then starting to rap, and if you know me, then you know I hate Ed Sheeran rapping; it's one of the most unnecessary things! It's like when Taylor Swift tried to cover Eminem's "Lose Yourself". And I've actually been hearing "Sapphire" on my feed for weeks, but it never stuck with me; in fact, it started bad, and now it's soured on me more than it already soured. It's sad seeing one of my most streamed artists stumble this badly.

65. Bells – Lil Wayne (3.9/10)

62. Welcome To Tha Carter – Lil Wayne (7/10)

61. Banned From NO – Lil Wayne (7.2/10)

56. Touch Me Like a Gangster – Jessie Murph (8.2/10)

One of my least favourite music artists is actually making really good stuff… WOW. Sure, she's still not the best at singing, but this slaps. I haven't heard a country combination quite like this; it's fun, it's badass, and the production steers away from anything you'd hear in the country world... It kind of reminds me of Tones and I.

54. Sharks – Lil Wayne/Jelly Roll/Big Sean (8/10)

Wasn't expecting to like this in the slightest, but I really do. Jelly Roll was used on a really nicely placed hook, and Lil Wayne and Big Sean added great verses to make a song that didn't feel hardcore and instead took the right pace.

42. Typa – Glorilla (5.3/10)

GloRilla takes a less badass route to provide a lower and softer pitch rap that's not super soft but softer than her usual.

36. Hip-Hop – Lil Wayne/BigXthaPlug/Jay Jones (8/10)

This really isn't a career highlight for BigX, and his good verses were dimmed down by a worse Lil Wayne, who drowned the song with autotune that didn't feel like it matched this fast-paced, high-octane rap song. Good song, but without Wayne, my score would be higher.

1. Manchild – Sabrina Carpenter (5.6/10)

A quick and poor attempt to make another hit song that resembles "Short N Sweet". Sabrina can never get the summer formula right, and the amount of basic choices and rehashes of older songs from Sabrina showcases this; she isn't one with the ideas. Sad

3. What I Want – Morgan Wallen/Tate McRae (No change/5 weeks in chart)
2. Manchild – Sabrina Carpenter (Down 1/2 weeks in chart)
1. Ordinary – Alex Warren (Up 1/3 weeks, No. 1/19 weeks in the chart)

NEW ENTRIES:

97. Single Again – Josh Ross (6.5/10)

Released in January of 2024, "Single Again" is a Canadian country song, and y'know? It may sound slightly too much for North American country radio, but it still has this side where the instrumentals and sound feel a little more real than a corporate company looking for a hit. Based off the journey of being single, Josh wrote the single after finding out a girl in a bar had a boyfriend. It honestly seems like a very typical topic for country music, but the chord progression in the guitar makes up for the negative sides. This is pretty decent, not something that's for my fancy though.

93. Sparks – Coldplay (8/10)

From their 2000 album "Parachutes", "Sparks" charted after Chris Martin had a breakup (there's no way we are seriously making a return for this.) But it's still a good song. The guitar chords have this nostalgic feel, and the slowness eases you into the song's emotion of begging for another chance after doing wrong to your partner. The song is enjoyable but also sad.

89. Holy Blindfold – Chris Brown (7/10)

Probably wasn't the best time to drop music, but still. This song is simple; it's Chris Brown, and I haven't heard much of him, but from the stuff I've heard from him, this doesn't impress me much more.

Added (AKA second listen):

The song follows the pattern of Brown's slow, R&B music, with the tuning fitting right. And honestly my score is going up! +0.5

78. Half The Plot – Lil Tecca (7/10)

This is my favourite song so far that's entered the Hot 100 from the newly released "Dopamine" album by Lil Tecca, and as much as this isn't the peak of trap music, it's still a pretty fun radio-trap mix that doesn't serve an important definition but instead is just meant for the club. Cool song.

76. Folded – Kehlani (7/10)

Surely this had to be inspired by Tyla; in fact, if you like Tyla, then this'll be right up your alley. It has a slow and easy pitch that feels right.

70. Won't Stop – Gunna (7/10)

Previous listen:

Gonna adds his previous collaborator Turbo on the team in "Won't Stop", where he goes against criticism and says he'll continue; it's definitely a lot clearer than his last stuff.

Added (AKA second listen):

Gunna isn't going through any groundbreaking routes, but I'll still mark this as good. It's his usual; if you know Gunna, then this wouldn't be too unexpected to his roots.

69. Lemon Drop – ATEEZ (5/10)

From their new EP, "Lemon Drop" is a blend of pop and rap to make a song that sounds trendy for the current season and something that'll hype up the fans of typical K-pop. Skip it.

40. Killin' It Girl – J-hope/Glorilla (7/10)

The funky clicks and patterns that sound like glasses clinking went together really well, and Glorilla matched the fun and more intense energy by giving an equally good part.

RE-ENTRIES:

96. Better Me For You (Brown Eyes) – Max McNown
[Nobody cares.]

88. Twilight Zone – Ariana Grande
[Yeah, I don't mind this returning.]

2. What I Want – Morgan Wallen/Tate McRae (Up 1/6 weeks in chart)
1. Ordinary – Alex Warren (No change/4 weeks No.1/20 weeks in chart)

NEW ENTRIES:

96. Verano Rosa – Karol G/Feid (7.3/10)

94. Gabriela - KATSEYE (7.2/10)

Think of everything that their first single "Gnarly" was, and now think of the opposite of each of those elements. This song is softer; it's not cringe, and it actually takes the time in the beat to form a sweet pop song. Think of it like Mae Muller if she were good.

82. This Heart – Corey Kent (5.5/10)

Seriously, who is excited by this? You get the idea of things now; it's an American Heartbreak country song, and somehow this is not only a lead single but also number one on the country airplay charts. Make something new instead of the re-gurgitated guitar music that's honestly on Alex Warren's level.

81. Golden – HUNTRX/EJAE/Audrey Nuna/Rei Ami (7/10)

From my understanding this is from a show called Demon Hunters, which by the cover I'd assume is on Netflix. It's a K-pop song with a sound that sounds like it's not too unexpected for K-pop girl bands, but that doesn't stop it from still having a fair bit of fun.

80. Bottle Rockets – Scotty McCreery & Hootie & The Blowfish (6.8/10)

The hook is a pleasant change from the start that leaves more effect on the replayability; this still stands at US country music that's just above the margin of boring. I'm not getting the hype; I won't be returning to it.

77. Your Idol – Saja Boys/Andrew Choi/Neckwav/Danny Chung/Kevin Woo/SamUIL Lee (6.9/10)

Another song that's from the same corner of media as "Golden", the song blends K-pop with hip-hop in a song that sounds like a mix of BTS and Imagine Dragons, but not as bad as that collaboration really would be. It's certainly acceptable, even a little catchy, but there are things that could be improved. I know instead of screaming parts of the song you can make a more real hook instead, and lyric-wise this has even more areas to improve.

74. Papasito – Karol G (7.6/10)

Nice drum pattern that feels traditional to Karol's genre and a really lovely vocal performance that's quite fitting for the song.

73. Mr Electric Blue - Benson Boone (7.1/10)

It's like "Mystical Magical" but if it didn't carry a whole hate train on the internet. The intense buildup tone on "Watch the way you talk to me" really adds up to the full kick in the hook. And the way it goes into a summer pop song is lovely.

72. Bodies – Offset/JID (7/10)

Previous listen:

Their flow was nice, and the beat was nice, but everything felt just "nice" for me, nothing more. Maybe a good song for the night out, though.

Added (AKA Second Listen):

Clean verses that have the slick factor to them – it's like a more thought-out version of a Gunna song.

30. 6 Months Later – Megan Moroney (5.2/10)

This is honestly really like Lainey Wilson, but a bit worse. But overall it's the same country composition you've heard other places; it doesn't matter.

10. Outside – Cardi B (7.7/10)

Cardi B makes a radio-trap song with the perfect level of bounce in the bass and fiery, unapologetic vocals.

RE-ENTRIES:

97. Don't We – Morgan Wallen
[Love this with a passion!]

66. Latina Foreva – Karol G
[Pretty good.]

NOTEABLE CHANGES:
