Kiwi artist
fourth studio album
touted back in 2013/14 after the release of her debut album "pure heroine" to be described as "the future of music" by David Bowie.
well not sure how true that was but she has influenced a whole generation of female artists including Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift who adopted sparse instrumentation over dreamy vocals, maybe Mr Bowie was correct, who knows??
anyway,
this one is more along the lines of her second album "melodrama" and a return to sounds fans love and not the pure pop of her abysmal third album "solar power"
i do like this album.
BTW, for those wondering the cover art is an xray of her pelvis complete with her "T" shaped IUD halfway up and just to the right of the zipper...
i know no one else here will like the album except maybe Mellope but thats okay
favourite hasnt been released as a single and has a distinct Taylor vibe
