a gift from a friend of a second hand laser-etched vinyl.
i have never heard this album so looking forward to giving it a spin on the turntable tomorrow

another gift from a friend who knows this is my favourite album of all time
the 1989 cd version with drink coasters in a metal imitation tobacco tin.
more for novelty value and a welcome addition to my Small Faces collection

vinyl is actually a lime green colour

contains:
cd1/2:  the remastered "the river" album
cd 3:  the original single version of "the river" titled "the ties that bind" which was shelved in favour of the full double album
cd 4:  outtakes of "the river" tracks
dvd 1: "the river" documentary
dvd 2/3: complete live show from 1980 and rehearsals.

looking forward to absorbing myself in this box-set.
