Actually, he has a whole new album, to my delight, but I can't find it to listen to yet - Il Pianeta Della Musica E Il Viaggio Di Iòtu, which according to Google Translate is The Planet Of Music And The Journey Of Iòtu. Can't wait to hear the whole thing. If this track is anything to go by it will be exactly what I love to hear ... I don't care if I don't understand the lyrics - it doesn't seem to matter much!
Franco Mussida is the founder and former guitarist and primary member of Italian Prog Rock outfit Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM) (or Award-winning Marconi Bakery) whose earlier work I quite like. Not sure what happened but he left the band a couple of years ago.
