would say these guys are more mainstream than alternative these days but the word "alternative" still fits better alongside their name...
new album coming this year...
has a more subdued and mellow feel as theyve aged,
distinctly folky sounding in the verses and not as guitar driven in the chorus but stiill RHCP...
very good song IMO
