I believe his vocals have got better over the years
im not an expert on guitars but his name has been put to a series of Fender Stratocasters so that would be a fair guess
^^

And something else for any geriatric hippies out there; if any of you are still alive and not deaf.
The drummer, whose name I’ve forgotten, if I ever knew it, is very, very impressive. None of the mind dead
single riff repeated over and over from beginning to end of a song so common now that a digital drum
machine can be programmed to bore your tits off.

I've enjoyed Hirmoni before but somehow never noticed her drummer. Anyone who can keep up with her has to be a genius anyway.

Went to bookmark that and learnt Google Crome has it’s own dictatorial way of wanting to manage my bookmarks so I’ve reverted to Safari.

I’ve enjoyed Hiromi since discovering her but have to confess I was so distracted by her I never noticed her drummer. I’ll pay attention from now on.

I’ll be paying more attention now. Thanks.

Hope this post takes as I’m having a huge amount of trouble when attempting to respond to other’s post being instantly taken back to the first post in a tread for reasons I can’t figure.

Mike Oldfield's Crises, complete with 'electric goat', aka Roger Chapman - such a good description of his voice, along with 'bleating vibrato', lol - can't remember who coined it. An eclectic mix of vocalists - Maggie Reilly who is great as always and Jon Anderson on one track. I like this album. The 20+ minute opener ...

Love it apart from the fact it sounds like it was recorded in a broom cupboard.
