^Surprise! I’ve listened to this album and am quite familiar with her ‘River’ (thanks to my girls, who love that song). I actually think she’s got something – just needs a bit of tempering and maybe she’ll get there … unlikely to be my choice of listening material, but that's neither here nor there.
