I was a bit hesitant to press 'play' on this one...
was always a fan of the band, not a big fan, but a fan nonetheless....
original punks from the London crop of 1976/77...
were the first of the UK punks to tour the US also...
they've split up and reformed more times than Ray and Dave Davies...
album number eleven for the band...
some good solid alt rock on here...
sounds more like a Stranglers album than a punk album (not that that's a fault, its not)...
these guys have mellowed with age graciously, their music is melodic, their singer can still sing
and to be honest, they put a lot of the youngsters in the game to shame...
a very very impressive album IMO...
