Took me a little while to get into this oneâ¦â¦â¦..to start with I thought we were into a heavy metal album but as I advanced into the album my opinion began to change : I began to warm to the bandâ¦..At â âAin`t Life Strange â , I was enjoying what I was hearing. âParanoiaâ was a good slice of music which made me recall one or two Alice Cooper tracks, .some good fuzz guitar work here too!âTripped outâ shows that a the Pierced Arrows can groove as well as rock. âLet It Rainâ shows a slightly gentler side even though the fuzz and drum combination is still there to underpin the song.
âZip My Lipâ could have been a great punk anthem if it had been released in the late seventies, there are some echoes of the Dammed here.
The final track is fascinating , the format seems like a slow waltz and reminded me at times of âWonderful Tonight â by Eric Clapton.
Overall this is a good album and I enjoyed every minute

Nice to be able to go back to trust and friendship!!!!!!!!!
It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
It's the strangest elation
I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
It makes a man frown..............................Chris Simpson ( "Mixed Up Sensations" 1975 Martin's Cafe )
