This issue has been blown out of proportion by Trump. And Roger Goodell, the Commissioner of the NFL, is fine with the protest by the players.

I am probably in the minority here by a large margin but personally I don't see what all this bloody national anthem carry-on and flag-worshipping has got to do with anything. It's just indoctrination, nothing more. Humans are like sheep. They all have to follow some stupid ideology all the time otherwise they feel they don't belong. Throughout history nationalism has been the underlying cause of the slaughter of countless numbers of people. We don't need this sort of crap in the 21st century. Move on, people, move on.

I'm in the minority. My point is they don't mind trashing our flag and anthem but will take all the money
the United States pays them for some stupid game.
All of the Ball Players including Baseball are paid waaaay too much.

Wonder what the military really thinks of this issue.

I do agree Trump should not have gotten involved but then he would not be Trump.

Sad that everything has to go back to the race issue!  The media should be ashamed. We will never get the over the
problem of race until we understand it is only the color of skin. Just because the dems lost, no reason to suggest everything said is a race issue. They are adding fuel to the flame. That is all.

Trump's advisors need to tell him to cool it sometimes. He is only adding to the problem.
It is not his place to get involved in this. He has enough on his plate.
There is plenty of guilt on both sides.
