I'm not sure I would have labelled that track "folk-rock". Sounds more like The Band's material - i.e. a bit too bluesy-rootsy for my liking.

Bob Lind was 41 years between album no. 3 and album no. 4. Linda Perhacs had a gap of 43 years between her first and second albums. Seems to be almost fashionable.
