I guess the playing is well executed and all that, but this kind of music does nothing for me. There was a whole bunch of bands about ten years ago that had a similar kind of sound - the Spin Doctors is one that I recall. Third Eye Blind was another.
The other thing that bothers me here is that there is a total mismatch between the singer's voice and the visual image Somehow a high chirping voice does not fit with a leather-clad Wild West image.

I listened to the album....
started off okay for the first three or four tracks,
then became too much of a muchness after that...
