there is no country in that song whatsoever....
sounds like Nathaniel Rateliff to me, bluesy and r+b.... I listened twice, I LOVE IT!

I just checked his Wiki....
born in Lexington,KY.... father was a coalminer.... grew up in and around Staffordsville/Paintsville, Ky.... and his musical credentials are fantastic for a guy who is only 37.... written songs for Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Darius Rucker, Vince Gill, Tim McGraw, Sheryl Crow, Adele etc etc he's almost up there with what Willie Nelson was at his age. I need to investigate this guy further, seriously, I do!
