i think technically dsotm is the best. but the wall gets me on levels i cant describe it is truly a masterpiece i seen Roger Waters perform the wall recently and it was spectacular. song like vera lyne and bring the boys back home really do make the hairs on your neck stand up. and in the flesh and the trial especially pull you into the music.

Wish you were here is the best one if I may say so. I like the sobriety and sincerity of it and I feel that it is way more human than it's precedent. Which is a good thing.

Off topic I'd say that Meddle is pretty good and superceeds several of those mentioned in the poll in my opinion.

I find that Pink Floyd's contribution to music is too monumental and brilliant that I have no one album that really stands out from the other !

Each album is a monumental achievement within itself...avant garde, psychedelic, rock, progressive, folk , I enjoy them all !

One of the greatest ensembles in music history IMHO !
 The ultimate connection is between a performer and its' audience!

I would most definately have to say that the best album ever of PF is The Wall. Everything from the film clips, composition and lyrics leaves a chill on the spine. One of the few albums (not just from Pink Floyd) that truly connect to the soul within.

Yeah..Lloyd and I are gonna be seeing Roger Waters in Perth...doing the countdown already! SOOOO cant wait..I love The Wall..and have to say. 'what a way to get the head blown off ' I rekn that oughta make me comfortably numb!

Not only is Dark Side of the Moon the greatest Pink Floyd album, it is the best album of all-time.
