#21
I have a few:
Times Square
Mad Magazine's Up The Academy
Up The Creek
FM
Eddie And The Cruisers
Heavy Metal
Fast Times At Ridgemont High
Vision Quest
Obscured By Clouds
This Is Spinal Tap
The Blues Brothers
Pretty In Pink
Repo Man

I left concert film soundtracks out on purpose, 'cause there are quite a few of those.

The intro of "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?" All the other songs are great too, but this one is my favourite from that movie.
The soundtrack to "Monsters" (just because I love Jon Hopkins Big Grin )
The first movie of the new Star Trek film series from 2009, when the Enterprise barely makes it through all the desroyed ships, and sees Nero's ship for the first time, there's a horror synth-sound that gives me the chills.
Blues Brothers (of course)
Monty Python: The Holy Grail
Lawrence Of Arabia
