only a couple of light showers but a real cold wintery wind blew throughout the day

^Sounds a bit like our weather. The rainiest winter in aeons, and flippin' cold. I fear we may be swapping poles or something! Sheesh - we are not equipped for this!

it was interesting that whilst i was walking our dog today that the bees were still out collecting pollen from the winter flowers.
we used to see the bees gone by April and not reappear until spring and now we are a couple of days out from the start of the second month of winter....the times they are a changing
