Northerners in the Arctic define A Three Dog Night as so cold that night that they have three dogs (huskies) sleep on or around them for extra heat....I guess if its milder they use two dogs and colder they use four ????!!!....lol...found this out when I researched the group Three Dog Night and the origin of their peculiar name !
