Thx for taking the time. A lot of work still needs to be done but the day job is pretty hectic so I don't get much time to work on it. And finding the right musicians to emulate my synthesised parts is very time-consuming and expensive. Plus the final mix still has to be completed but you have to be in the right frame of mind to do that and you need input from other people. Eventually even the bad parts and the mistakes sound good! It's always good for someone else to pull it apart and give you a different perspective on the work.

Managed to recruit the services of one Dave Sturt (David Gilmour/Michael Kamen/Gong/Steve Hillage) to help me out with bass tracks with a view to possibly doing the final mix as well. Time will tell.... I don't have his work on the site yet but he's good! Very good.

The sound still doesn't work for me. Beautiful looking site and the menu works, but no sound.

Are you using a Mac or a PC? Have to apologize - my knowledge of website design is limited to say the least. I just plod along and it normally takes me a week to get anything resembling a page together. And when it comes to flash-based audio players I am just plain lost. How I actually got anything up there in the first place is a mystery. More luck than skill.

OK at the risk of really becoming a pain in the arse now - a couple of folks have metioned that they cannot use the media player on my site. I have embedded the tracks on the individual 'project' pages as well. Maybe that will help. If not then I just don't know what is going to fix it. Should all be uploaded in about an hour and a half. Starting with the 'Mantras project. If you don't hear anything on that page then you're not going to.........

Brilliant J, absolutely brilliant, mate ! Your ambient music is right up my alley ! I think this would fit in nicely with my quest for low volume late night misic but hey I could listen to this music anytime at any volume !

Jerome, you have a great talent and please keep it up ! Your site has been done beautifully and the "player" works fine . The sound quality is superb !!!!

Thrilled to know you !

Fame at last! Yippeee!. Thx for the kind words. By the way can't remember if I mentioned this or not. A great album for laid back, high quality, late-night listening is Mark Knopfler's 'Screenplaying' album. A selection of pieces he did for various movies through the years. Especially like the track 'Last Exit to Brooklyn'.
