I take what I want from it and leave the rest – don't buy into it heavily and don’t spend much time at all on the platform. It’s definitely passé with the younger crowd, none of which seems to be negatively affecting Mr Z’s revenue stream!

As to insurance – my clients who had a landslide at their property are now heading into a lawsuit with the insurers who’ve repudiated the claim based on spurious facts and nitpicking over policy wording, all of which one might be forgiven for imagining is where the broker should step up and justify the fee he’s been claiming as a reward for advising them as to their requirements for the past fifteen years. Nope. The broker has gone to ground, they’ve had to hire a public loss adjuster at a phenomenal hourly rate, and a very pricey attorney to fight their cause, and there is still a massive boulder lodged in what was once the back door - good thing the house is vacant. I have learned a thing or two! On the flip side of the coin though, had I not had any insurance when my house caught alight some time back, I’d have been in serious trouble. I might have been the reason everyone’s premiums went up that year – a blaze, several burglaries, and a vehicle incident! The insurance company wanted to fire me I was such a bad risk - 2020 pales in comparison, lol!

Now look here Ruby - some advice - while you are cultivating all those 'weeds' in your house you have to turn the heat lamps off once in a while. Can't leave them on ALL the time. No wonder the house caught alight.

That's it - I'm on a mission to source hemp seed. Now you've gone and done it! Lol!
Re blazes - fortunately grow lights are not heat generating but I will mention that ironing is a hazardous occupation!

The Prince of Darkness appears to have found alternative entertainment for now. Sure he'll pop up again when we're at another low ebb!

Just remember FB and all the other social media platforms is somebody controlling your time. It's very easy to get sucked into that world. Mobile phones too. I don't even have voicemail set up on my phone so you can't even leave a message - well you can, but I won't get it because it's never been set up properly. I only have 8 contacts on my phone. I only use the phone to actually make a phone call or text one of my 8 contacts. I used to have social media accounts on various platforms but I deleted all of them or they have become inactive over time. And it frees up your time, mind and soul when you finally dump these things. It's liberating to walk away from all these things. My only vice is Music Discussion because it's a subject I am interested in. Phone addiction is a very real phenomenon. I see it at work every single day. People are well and truly hooked.

BTW Ruby, I have written training manual for you about how to iron properly etc. etc. And to show that I am sincere I have decided to courier all my ironing over to you every couple of weeks so that you can practice!

Things I Hate To Do Part 1;

1. Painting.
2. Ironing.
3. Shaving.
