In terms of just rappers who've come into the light this decade, Lupe Fiasco's got to be up there - pretty textured, intelligent lyrics for the most part and a really nice flow!
Favourite hip-hop albums of the last 10 years are courtesy of Nas, The Streets & Method Man.
Nas was the king in '92 with Illmatic and is still firing out classics IMO!
