Good Times when John Amos was on. One of the biggest mistakes Norman Lear ever made was to kill off James Evans.
That show was never the same anymore! Hope Lear finally realized that! Funniest scenes ever was with John Amos!

You were as important to the show Mr. Amos as you thought you were. That show died when Lear killed James off.
Janet was boring!! James held that show together! I don't watch it when James is not on the show.

Don't know if I mentioned it but AITF is my favorite show of all time.
I've seen it so much that they seem like my own family. I have most of the episodes on tape.
I was so upset when Carroll O'Connor died! I saw his court case with HP (drug dealer).
Also have his funeral on tape. Sally S. was so upset. She was crying so hard. She loved Carroll like he was her own Dad.
I was kind of angry with Jean cause she did not attend his funeral but I understand why.
Anyway, this is one of my favorite episodes.
RIP Carroll!!

Loved the look on George's face when he met Jenny's dad for the first time!
