blues/R&B Local Heroes

Keying on Ron Weinstock's blog entry brings Whop Frazier. He played Blues and R&B in the Washington, D.C. area for 55 + years (going on the road at 17) in all R&B/Blues/Gospel styles. He always "brought it" in fine style and usually had bigger names sitting in. An institution. An obit/appreciation (he died in 2011): http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/blogs...1943-2011/ The blog entry: http://inabluemood.blogspot.com/2012/01/...u-get.html No Amazon, wiki or AMG info available.
