Is rap considered music?

I think that rap is a music. Just think how different a music can be - the bird singing is a music, the wind in the forest is a music, even the door creak can be a music. Then why rap is not?

That's not music, that more of noise. Birds singing is musical, but someone yapping over a microphone is not. There's a certain degree of the voice where you can consider the singer singing a pitch.
