More like, the different ways you bounce when you land on different parts of the trampoline, how easy it is to roll, flip, simply jump. I like it; a physically exhausting form of mental relaxation.
It's fun to play things like Demon Hunter, Disturbed, As I Lay Dying, Dream Theater, while jumping... anything intense.
Add a sprinkler, and somehow, you jump higher while cooling off simultaneously.
[That and you can camp out on them!]
