Not retract it; modify it. Ebola may come in through a cruise port but it's much more likely to enter via a commercial port in the Northern Terriitories. Considering the shipping of Australian fossil fuels (coal) through those ports to China on Chinese/sketchy-provenance vessels, if those crew members are allowed on Aussie soil and allowed to mix with folks in Australia...This isn't a racist thing, it's a quarantine thing--that's how they kept rabies out.
