Paul Cebar One of those regional artists, well known in the biz (he recently opened for Trombone Shorty and Bonnie Raitt at major fests), who never broke through nationally. Singer (sort of)/bandleader, musicologist, radio-show host, with a great open mentoring personality. And then there's this: he's created a terrif music amalgam. He calls it "Watchamacllit music"; I call it "Cebar-rific".
