What Are You Listening To?

I used to listen to Alan Parsons a lot but found in later years that the albums all started to sound the same and I lost interest. Have you heard A Valid Path? Not a bad effort. My favourites by him are Tales of Mystery & Imagination, I Robot, Pyramid, Stereotomy & The Turn of a friendly Card.

I hadn’t heard it all, but have now. Who knew Alan Parsons could start a party? A big up tempo departure! I’m not averse to one or two tracks, Return to Tunguska (a subject which is fascinating on its own) being one of them. Let’s face it - this is a man, who, if he’s going do anything at all, will execute it brilliantly, buuut, it turns out I am an APP/AP purist. Wish he hadn’t messed with The Raven - just my opinion! You learn something new every day.
