was a toss up for me as to favourite track, that one was one of about four in serious contention for 'best track'
UK female singer Kirsty MacColl had a UK top ten with a cover of "a new england" around 1984-ish, pretty sure she was the female lead on Pogues "fairytale of NY" and Mike Oldfield's "moonlight shadow"...
her version of "a new england" is below...i like it, but its not Bragg(sort of like people who cover Dylan...good, but not Dylan)
