First Korean war history I recall reading. Very good for me, having been stationed there in the 60's. In addition to the war itself, there is a lot of politics in this which was fine for me. Battlefield stuff does get about half the book. A lot of it about McArthur and not the positive side. Have read other McArthur books that seemed a little less unbiased. In the end old Harry did the right thing cutting him loose. Wouldn't even salute the man. He should have remained King of Japan. Anyway that's my rant and this is a very good book.
