I have many, many happy memories of grooving to this man's music for many years. Saw his son Ziggi in Amsterdam in 2000 - fantastic concert. I left singing 'Africa Unite' all the way home on the tram. A great memory.

i have a Bob Marley best of set on cassette somewhere...i used to like it/him.
not such a fan of any reggae now, infact i usually turn over the radio station when any reggae gets played...even the psuedo-reggae from the UK 1980s groups turns me off.
i just feel that its one of those limited genres/styles...like rap, it either is what it is or its not(if you know what i mean?!)
