Their 19th album, #114 US, #20 UK
Singles - none
Probably my least favorite Tull album with only one track I love. But after 19 albums I can live with that. Original bassist Dave Pegg only
shows up on 3 tracks here, replaced by session player Steve Bailey.Dave left the band wanting to put more time into Fairport Convention, and not
happy with the world music direction he thought the band was taking. This is also the first album to list keyboardist Andrew Giddings as a band
member. Not sure if those changes had anything to do with my decline in favor of the bands work. Can't say there is a radical change in the
sound. Flute still plays a dominant part in most tracks, which is what drew me to them in the first place. Just time to move on I guess.
Surprised at the lack of recognition this band has received by the powers that be. They did win that 1988 Grammy for Best Hard Rock/Metal
performance which most considered a fluke, but not being in the R&R Hall Of Fame is a mystery.
