The worst thing I have read in a long time. A collection of 15 short stories about life in Dublin at that period. Joyce shopped this around to 15 different publishers over a period of 9 years before it saw the printing press. Now considered a classic, forced onto students in institutions of lower learning. Should have stayed buried in an attic somewhere. Guess you had to be living in that period, or be a Dubliner, or be stoned.
