This is the only thing I have by these guys. Their second of four releases, with the last one being in 2012. A lot of 80's band influences come through here. Just think grunge hair metal. They have toured with both Motley Crue and Nickelback, and that seems a good cross section to me. Probably the Aerosmith power ballads come out the best, one of those is my only love track, and everything else is likable enough. The band is from Oklahoma, and was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall Of Fame after only 2 albums, must not take much, or they got connections. Came up through the bars/clubs of Oklahoma City. After 1 independent local release they were signed by the biggies, and the next release goes multi-platinum. That's a quick rise to the top. Easy come, easy go though, as this next album, even though it charted at #4, has only achieved gold status. A big drop from that debut. They've managed to hang on for 2 more albums but each has done worse in the sales department. Not without effort, as 5 singles were released from this, with only 2 of them hitting the chart. After the tour to support the bands last album in 2012, it was announced that lead vocalist Austin Winkler was no longer with the band. I guess the future of the band is still to be determined.
