Having looked at the What's Your Favourite Type of Metal Poll, I noticed that the general genre of Heavy Metal is first with 25%. However if you combine Black, Doom, and Death Metal the 3 genres add up to a whopping 42%!!! These three genres are my favourite and they cross paths quite often from one genre to another. For example, the great Opeth could be considered using all three genres as well as many others! You often see bands with these three genres listed....they are easily interchangeable!
Any comments...I just think that the Doom. Black and Death genres could be combined together and is the true preference among MD members!
