Why Does Metal Appeal to Younger Peeps ?

Imagine it Ivan !...I am an adult who likes all genres of all music for the most part...and that includes metal!

Screecho and clean metal have been around for at least 30 years! I am currently enthralled by the fabulous quality of prog rock metal these days...the bands play a little bit of every genre for the most part!

It may be true that metal (again, what is "metal"?) is followed by teenagers. Metal producers decide on their target market and zero in on it, and this might entail only teenagers. I can't fancy an adult going crazy about Slipknot and dressing like that, or an adult passionate about the Brazilians Sepultura. Now, all this could end up in a supreme way, 'cos some of these kids study music professionally and end up at Berklee college of music, eventually creating wondrous things such as Dream Theater. Unfortunately, many others of these gullible kids grow mature and listen to Ricky Martin or whatever there's on the radio until they pass away, and their old metal memories now crack them up.
